So will this fabulous, vintage, French doll lamp. She has some issues, as she is tattered and torn, but I loved her any way! In fact, I think the only thing I would change on her is to have her rewired. She would give off a sultry, romantic glow with a low watt bulb, while displaying her shabby stuff!

I SAW RED!!!!!
While surfing new and fav blogs this morning, I noticed a lot of red. Perhaps as a nod to valentines day! I have a few red treasures that I really like, but never have on display. That's too bad cause they need to be enjoyed. In view of this I thought I would contribute to all the red that I saw this morning! These little red shoes will probably go to my little Alice, but..........This wonderful, old velvet frame that I picked up in England will be in my Etsy Shop, and....

Hi Jude
Love it all!
I have a small collection of those dolls, something about them I like. Can you give me a price on her? I am doing a post about the antique show--I had forgotten my camera - did you get any pictures of your booth? I am posting about it and told them to visit your blog.
Are you going to the party next Sat? Hope to see you there.
Blessings
It is RUBY TUESDAY at Work of the Poet (if interested link in from my post or from my sidebar where I list memes I play)
Your pics are sure to nurture my vintage soul. Happy I stumbled over them.
Going to link in so I can follow your wonders.
Tuesday Blessings ;-)

I love your reds! Those shoes are too darling...you know my shoe fetish...but that red velvet frame! I checked your shop but didn't see it...is it sold?
:)
You will see RED galore when you come to my house...it's EVERYWHERE...You know how they say every room shiuld have a little black? Well, here, it's red...and I ADORE those little shoes and the frame...I need more display room...
Your little red shoes are adorable...do let your little one dance away her heart in them. The frame is also a wonderful find...but do be careful enlighting the old fabric of your quaint little lamp...
Happy Valentines Day is soon to be here so have a wonderful one
What sweet reds! The frame is so lovely with it's well worn velvet! I just love that these old things are still treasured!
Judy I am having a heart attack over those lovely tattered treasures. Gorgeous...how do you let go of them? I'm no good at letting go of anything...just ask my son-in-laws. The little shoes will be precious on Alice.
Do you ever attend auctions when you go to England? I've always thought that if I ever went that would be so fun.
I loved your reds girl.
Hugs
Yes, I've been seeing more red too! Yours are lovely!!!
Hugs,

I looove to use red throughout my decorating so it's great to see it popping up so much more lately. Love the old frame!
Melissa
Red is my favorite color and only until recently have I been brave enough to use it in my house.
The gently loved woman in red...stirs my heart.
Red shoes and little girls...
There's no place like home
:o)
Adorable baby shoes, and a sultry, unique lamp! Quite the finds.

Wow, I am completely smitten with the lamp. It is amazing. I'd love to have it nestled in a corner of my house.
