QUEEN OF HEARTS

HERE IS A TRAYFUL OF LITTLE CASHMERE PILLOWS WITH LACE HANGERS AND BITS AND BOBS OF VINTAGE LACE AND MOP BUTTONS. DO YOU SEE THE QUEEN? SHE'S ALSO AN ANGEL AS SHE SPORTS A PAIR OF RHINESTONE PASTE WINGS. I THINK THE LOOK ON HER FACE IS ANYTHING BUT ANGELIC, DON'T YOU? SHE KIND OF REMINDS ME OF THAT CHUBBY BLOKE ON LITTLE BRITAIN.

Hi there, so glad you like my blog and now Bridgnorth. I live around 14 miles from there and just love visiting lovely places. I try to blog about the places I like to give people ideas of where to visit. Do you like gardens? If so I have blogged about the Dower House Gardens at Morville Hall near Wenlock and also my fav little place, Bishops Castle. If you come to England you also have to visit the Lake District and Cornwall, they both take your breath away.

Tracey.

Thank you for the very lovely visit and kind words, we still miss Elly terribly.
I really love your work and beautiful blog. I too find creating with old wool felt blankets and sweaters so much fun but have only begun the craft in the last year.
Your lace wreath is simply stunning and so romantic…just magical as well as the handbags and felt sewing. You certainly have a grand imagination and gift for creating beauty.

p.s. I’m sure its not new news but there is a close likeness of you to your dear mom. And I see you have an admiring daughter as well! Lovely to have met.
